How we ship Amritdhaan
Amritdhaan Organic Private Limited ships kachi ghani mustard oil across India. This policy explains packing, delivery times, charges, cash on delivery, and what to do if a bottle is delayed or damaged.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are usually packed the same day. Orders after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, are packed the next working day. You will receive an SMS or email with tracking details once the parcel leaves our facility.
Delivery timelines
Typical delivery after dispatch:
- Metro and large cities: 2–4 business days
- Most other pin codes: 3–7 business days
- Remote, hilly, or island pin codes: 7–10 business days
These are estimates. Weather, courier load, and local restrictions can add a day or two. The estimated date at checkout is a guide, not a guarantee.
Shipping charges
We currently offer free delivery on Amritdhaan mustard oil for most pin codes in India. If a location cannot be served free of cost, the extra charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden handling fees.
Cash on delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. If a COD order is refused or returned without a valid reason, we may restrict COD on future orders and recover return courier costs where the law allows.
Packing
Every bottle is sealed and packed to reduce leakage in transit. Please inspect the outer carton on delivery. If it looks crushed or wet, open it in front of the courier and note damage on the delivery receipt.
Tracking and delays
Use the tracking link in your dispatch message. If the parcel has not moved for 48 hours, or has not arrived by the estimated date, write to us at amritdhaan@gmail.com or call 9509000481 with your order number. We will follow up with the courier.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check name, phone, and pin code before placing the order. If the courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the parcel may return to us. Re-shipping may attract a fresh courier charge.
Damaged or leaking bottles
Photograph the packed carton, the bottle, and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery and send them to amritdhaan@gmail.com. We will replace the bottle or refund as published on our Refund & Returns page.
Serviceable areas
We ship across India wherever our courier partners operate. If your pin code is not serviceable, checkout will say so before payment.
