These Terms & Conditions govern the use of amritdhaan.in and every purchase of Amritdhaan kachi ghani mustard oil from Amritdhaan Organic Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

The product
Product names, photographs, and descriptions are provided in good faith. Natural oil can vary slightly in colour, aroma, and sediment from batch to batch. That is a mark of unrefined kachi ghani oil, not a defect. Always read the label on the bottle for ingredients, batch, and best-before details.
Amritdhaan mustard oil is a food product. It is not a medicine. Any traditional uses mentioned on this site (cooking, pickle, hair, or massage) are cultural and household uses, not medical claims. If you have an allergy or a health condition, ask a qualified professional before use.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential. Please do not share login details.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers, or stock without notice. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and send a confirmation. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the amount paid for that item.
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, wrong shipping details, or stock issues.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including online payment and Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, except where the parcel is proven damaged in transit and reported as required.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds follow the Refund & Returns Policy on this website. Food products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the website: no fake orders, no scraping, no attempts to break security, and no posting of unlawful or harmful content in reviews or messages.
Intellectual property
The Amritdhaan name, logo, photographs, video, and website copy belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for a product order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive authority, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
